Multiple births, and especially those with more than two children, often in the news for being unusual and because the parents’ lives change radically overnight.
This is what has happened to secure a couple who had quadruplets three days in the Hospital de Cruces Vizcaya (Basque Country).
The four babies have proven two ‘lovebirds’, as they are two boys and two girls, who weighed 2,000, 1,860, 1,300 and 930 grams. They are in the neonatal unit of the hospital and the most that is known about it is that the delivery was by Caesarean section and that took place on January 13 at 10:45 hours.
